		IRIDESS Inspection System IRIDESS or Infrared Imaging Defect Evaluating Surface Scan is our thermal imaging system for product label inspection. This patent pending inspection system uses radiant energy to induce a temperature change and captures a thermal image of the label. The software then analyzes the image to detect any labeling defects such as bubbles and wrinkles. We can integrate this system around existing conveyors to support speeds of up to 100 fpm.
